Question ASUS Max XII Hero New build

Coming from a GT63 8RG and loading time being like a few seconds, its taking windows 10 a min or more to load into windows my specs

ASUS STRIX RTX 3070 OC
ASUS STRIX PSU 650W
INTEL I7-10700KF
CORSAIR 2x8 16GB 3200MHZ
NZXT KRAKEN X72
darkFlash Phantom ATX Mid
M.2 500GB SSD NVme
500GB HDD

Really shocked with all this new hardware and much much faster, id think loading into an operating system would be the easy part , the USB ports turn off during the loading process and then over a minute later the USB devices activate and then the login screen, wondering is it all the drivers needing to load?
