Asus Maximum VI Hero vs. MSI z87 MPower Max (or MSI z87 GD65 Gaming)

I am trying to decide on a Motherboard for my gaming rig.

Its being built from scratch. I have 3 Mobo's in mind, which are in the title.

Can anyone please give me their ideas on the best one (budget no option, but limit answers to the 3 stated).

I will be using an i7 4770K.

Definitely go with Maximus VI Hero it's the best mobo ,

If u can extend ur budget go with Maximus VI Formula its soild mobo with totally high-end features !!
