[SOLVED] Asus maximum XII hero stuck on A2 q-code, no boot and no BIOS access ?

Hi guys, really struggling on this one. Just recently started a new build. Connected everything up and the matching gets stuck with boot light on and q-code A2

Specs:
Asus Rog maximus XII hero board
Intel i9 10900kf CPU
Corsair vengeance pro 3600 ram
Corsair icue h100i water cooler
Corsair hx850i pay PSU
Currently plugging in a spare 1080ti

Done the obvious and tried with only 1 working drive. No luck, have also tried the following:
Completely removed from case (prevent something trapped under board)
No drive installed at all
No anything installed other than cooler CPU and a single stick of ram - cycled slot and stick.
Same as above with g-card also installed
Tried a different graphics card (same model)
Tried graphics card in slot 2
Tried switching cooler single pin between CPU fan and aio_pump (read this one on here)
Tried using a 1080p monitor into graphics card and direct into port on I/o panel (read this one on Asus forums )
Confirmed i get an earlier code elsewhere when intentionally making system breaking change (like removing rm completely)
Tried a different PSU (RM1000i)

Cannot get past A2 q code and worst of all cannot get display on monitor or get into bios

What HDD, SSD, or M.2 drives are you using? M.2_2 slot can only use a PCI-e drive M.2_1 & 3 can use SATA and PCIe drives. I would double check you drives and where they are installed.
