ASUS Maximus Hero VII & PCI Storage?

Hello everyone,

So I just learned today PCI SSDs are a thing, pretty late to the party.

Looking at one of these two cards for new OS storage.
I shouldn't have any problems doing so right? I assume my board is new enough to work with these? It worked with my PCI wifi card, but I want an experienced "yes or no" first.
