ASUS Maximus IV Extreme-Z Case Help

I'm looking at getting an new case for my build, which is based off a ASUS Maximus IV Extreme-Z.

The case I want to buy is the DIYPC Skyline-06-WR. The case is a ATX sized case, but my motherboard is E-ATX.

Would I still be able to use my mobo in this case? I've read that other people have fit this mobo in other ATX cases, but I just want to be sure before buying.
