ASUS Maximus IX Formula Question

I have a question about the Asus Maximus IX Formula Motherboard, and a potential problem, but I'm still new to this so I'm not sure, which is why I'm here to ask you guys.

In my computer currently, I have 3 storage drives, 2 SSD's and 1 HDD, along with a Blu Ray Drive, so that's 4 Sata Ports being used already on my current motherboard, and from what I can tell the new motherboard I want to buy for my new PC build only has 3 SATA slots, does this mean I have to give up my BluRay drive in order to use all 3 of my storage drives?

Also, not only do I have those 4 things taking a SATA slot right now, I've got 2 more SATA ports being used right now on my current motherboard in case I add more storage options, (I can hold 5 drives in the case I'm currently using, but only use 3 as of right now)

What does this mean for my next build? Will I still be able to use the Maximus Formula?

you do realise you'd need a different and pretty much worse CPU with the Maximus IX?
your current is a LGA2011-3, the Maximus is a LGA1151 - different socket

I know, I'm doing a completely new build, with the new CPU being the i7 7700k

That's the new build I'm doing with the ASUS Formula and the i7 7700k.

Ok I see that now, but it says it's for DATA Hard Drives only on all the SATA spots, where would I plug my Blu Ray drive in on this motherboard?

As long as your Blu Ray has SATA connection, it will work with all SATA ports on this motherboard. Or even more exactly: if Blu Ray worked at SATA port with your old Rampage, then it will work with Maximus too - nothing changed at SATA ports in the meantime.
Your only problem might be, if you intend to use M.2 slots:
"* When the M.2_1 Socket 3 is operating in SATA mode, SATA port 1 will be disabled.
**When the M.2_2 Socket 3 is operatin in PCIe 3.0 x4 mode, SATA ports 5 and 6 will be disabled."
In worst case scenario, using both M.2 ports may limit number of usable SATA ports to 3.
