[SOLVED] Asus maximus ix hero 2 minute post times

Having roughly 2 minute post times with my asus maximus ix hero
Bios time and OS handoff is super quick,
Running windows on an m2 drive.

rough specs:
I9 9900k
CPU watercooled
Asus maximus ix hero
Windows on m2 drive
Rtx 3080ti
2x16gb Corsair 3200mhz ram

Things I tried
Reinstalled windows
Reset bios
Update bios
Windows is in UEFI mode
Fast boot on
Csm off
Turned off all other hard drives
Xmp off/xmp1 and xmp2
A few other things I will add in an edit when I get home

After you updated the bios to the latest, reset bios settings to default, set the csm off, and proceed clean install windows. Maybe it could fix the problem.
