So after days and days of endless research and headaches I have finally came up with a solution, the only problem? I came up with 2 solutions instead of 1:

R9 295X2

R9 295X2 is two video cards on a single board in crossfire. (2 R9 290X)
A single GTX780 doesn't hold a candle to that.

A pair of GTX780 would be comparable, a pair of GTX780Ti faster, as well as a Titan Z (Nvidia's latest Dual GPU, but it costs $3000)

The 295x2 is the fastest Single card in the market ( technically its 2 but its only one board so its considered one ) . Even outperforms the Titan Z.
