Asus maximus VI extreme ram capability

Question....I have the corsair dominator platinum 1866mhz 8gb (CMD16GX3M2A1866) x 4 for 32gb

I have heard the asus maximus vi extreme is very picky in ram...will this kit be compatible with this mobo

I have tried several corsair memory and found the corsair 32gb dominator platinum memory CMD32GX3M4A2666C12 works great with my Maxima vi extreme board. It stopped having boot issues
