Hey guys, I just purchased my PC setup before heading off to school. I am trying to do an out of case POST and it won't work.

Here are my components, I desperately need help:

MOBO: ASUS Maxmimus VI Extreme
CPU: i7-4770K
RAM: 16 GB G.SKILL Trident X DDR3 2400
VGA: EVGA Nvidia Geforce GTX760 FTW
PSU: Corsair AX860
SSD: 256 GB Samsung 840 PRO

Getting red DRAM LED and error code 55 when I try and post and MemOk! function isn't fixing the problem!

Solution
Try with 1 stick firmly seated in slot 1, then boot to BIOS, enable XMP, select profile 1, save, exit, shutdown, install 2nd stick then try and boot
Wow, very unbalanced gaming machine. But you may have a graphics board coming or are using it for something else.

Did you plug in the 24 pin connector, the 8 pin and 4 pin power connectors?

You may need to reset the CMOS, but I thought the memOK covered that.
