[SOLVED] ASUS Maximus VI Hero ERROR LED 36 - No POST or BIOS

Hey everyone. My PC here has ran into this error here. I have cleared and also replaced CMOS. I have tried a new PSU. Im guessing the mobo or cpu is having an ossue due to the LED code but looking for a fix before replacing parts!

Sometimes the PC can boot up! Its just random, sometimes itll work perfectly after this loop has occured for sometime, other times the loop can go for 30+ minutes!

There is no POST if the loop occurs!

My pc specs are:
080Ti Strix OC 11GB
27" 1080p @ 144hz 2MS
i7 4790K @ 4.4Ghz 4C 8T
Vengeance 2x8GB DDR3 @ 2400mhz RAM
Maximus VI Hero Z87 mobo
x41 Kraken AIO water cooler (after fix)
Raidmax Vampire 900w modular PSU
Inwin 805c Red Case
120GB 840 Evo SSD
Soundblaster Z Soundcard
Seagate Green 2TB 3.5" Harddrive

Please message or comment any fixes! Once a fix has been found i will follow up, if not i will replace either mobo or cpu obce ive found out the issue.

Hey guys been trying to sort this for a while. This Bootloop occurs every startup BUT sometimes itll boot after a few minutes without issues.
