ASUS Maximus VII Formula + Hyper 212 EVO?

Hello, I'm planing on building a pc on the next few weeks. I've already bought several parts incluiding the cpu and the cooler which is a hyper EVO.

Now I wanted to go for the Hero but the I fell in love with the Formula and with WIFI and what not, it seems worth the price.

My question is. Will the EVO fit into the Formula? the motherboard has these weird heatsinks that are huge and I fear it will not.

It will fit, but...

the hyper 212 evo is a cheap budget cooler, the asus vii formula is an enthusiast motherboard meant for people with lots of money who go extreme on their pc. You would see the board used by people with custom water cooling ($800+) or even ln2 cooling trying to hit or pass 5-6ghz on I7 4790k's.
You can get a $110 motherboard and a $20 wifi adapter and wouldn't notice any difference in overclocking (and therefore performance) since before the motherboard would even slightly become important the cpu would run way too hot. You can expect like 4.6ghz on the 212 evo and have an easy time hitting 4.9-5ghz with like a z97x-sli. You'd literally spend $220 on nothing but the name, design and a dozen of sata/usb ports you won't ever use.
