I recently built a computer it starts perfectly well with no graphic card installed it boots through a ssd. I had a problem on first boot in which it gave me q-code A2 (asus maximus vii hero) so i began to uninstall extras such as graphic card ssd and dvdr and tried different combos with those devices and turned out that the graphics card was inhibiting it from starting so i booted it with the hdd ssd and dvdr and installed windows and bios and everything fine. After when i got to the desktop it wasnt picking up my ethernet cable while it was connected to my modem and internet working perfectly fine (was checking it on another computer) so i downloaded a higher update of my bios and with a usb i got the CAP file and updated the bios to the latest bios the maximus vii hero has to offer which fixed the ethernet cable issue and it browsed the internet fine

Sorry for the wall of text I searched everywhere and i found similar problems but not like mine

So I tried reseting cmos, installing a ATI Radeon HD 5770 instead of my MSI geforce gtx 760 it would boot up turn off and boot up again and everything would start fine except nothing would show on my screen the same for both card. I tried every single port - dvi, hdmi ,vga every single port on my computer and nothing show anything on my screen. The fans on the gpu are spinning on both but it doesnt show anything i've tried everything i could find but it still doesnt work. Is it cause my mobo is faulty or what else should i try. Please help!

My specs are:
Asus Maximus VII Hero
Intel core i7 4790k
Coolmaster 212 EVO
16 GB Corsair Vengeance 2133
Samsung 840 pro SSD
WD 1tb 7200 rpm sata 6gbs
Thermal take 750w smart series
Msi geforce gtx 760 2gb twn frzr/oc
Samsung dvdr
Antec 900 black atx mid tower

Solution
Try setting your desktop resolution to 800 x 600.

Possible you're outputting a resolution incompatible with the Graphics Card.

Make sure you have the latest (non-Beta) drivers installed for the Graphics Card you're using.

Make sure your PCI-E x16 slot is set to Automatic / Enabled in your BIOS.
