ASUS Maximus VII Hero vs MSI Z97 Gaming 5

Hello,
Recently I've been looking forward to buy a new MoBo, under 200€ (best around 150€), and that goes well with my CPU, Intel i5-4590 (socket 1150). Right now I'm thinking of buying the ASUS MoBo, but I've seen that this one has been around for a long time and it may not be the best option in 2016.
Could someone guide me throughout this market and suggest me what would be the best MoBo for me pls?

PS: I'm also having in concern the red and black aesthestic that I would like to mantain in my PC, and I have a ASUS GTX 750Ti, although I'm thinking of changing to the unreleased Radeon RX 480 if this information helps.

The problem here, is that maybe in the future I will OC my cpu and therefore MoBo, as my CPU runs a bit slow lately, therefore the reason of thinking to buy a Z97 instead of a M97.
And could you tell me which MoBo is the best for me under the 200€ pls?

Your processor is a locked one, you cannot OC it. Only 'K' series processors can be OCed.

Yeah but in the future (1-2 years time), I'll buy a new CPU, so I'm thinking of buying stuff future wise.

Get a H97 mobo for now and save up to upgrade to Skylake.

ASUS Maximus VII Hero is a quality MB, However I suggest the upgrade version:

I think I'll opt for a Z97 MoBo, as I'll be changing CPU throught-out this year (with OC). So which one do you consider being a better MoBo then, ASUS Maximus VII Hero vs MSI Z97 Gaming 5/7 vs ASUS Z97 Pro Gamer ?
