[SOLVED] Asus Maximus VIII Hero broken?

Hello community,

I possess a Maximus VIII Hero, which was working fine until today. I used it in the evening turned the computer off and in the morning it refused to start. No Q-Code and not working when trying either to use the power switch of my PC case and neither the start button of the Maximus VIII Hero itself. The LEDs of the "Start" and "Reset" Switches are lit and so are the background LEDs. But the Q-Code LEDs arent turning on. Just trying to confirm that it is the mainboard and not another component. Thx in advance for your help ☺

Start with resetting CMOS/BIOS.

Ehm ehm that is kinda embarrasing 🙈it worked! Thx CountMike for your quick response and helping out a fool. Should have tried that before posting. I hope that it will work as smoothly as it has for the last 7-8 years.

BIOS, actually CMOS can go "stupid" some times.
