Asus Maximus XI Code

I want to buy the Asus Maximus XI Code but a lot of the reviews on Newegg discourage me. They all concern the false advertsing of 4+2 power phase instead of 8+2. Will this board be good enough for a 9700k and 2080ti? Should I get a better board? If so, what would you recommend?

Maximus XI Code have 8+2 phases. You can count them by yourself at any picture before buy.
