Question Asus Maximus XI no video, won't boot

When I try to boot, the fans come on, but no beeps. I can't get any video output from either my graphics card, or the motherboard (with or without the graphics card attached). I have tried moving the ram around, using a different type from my other PC.

I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out what I did wrong. Here is my build:

Asus Maximus XI Hero (Wi Fi)
I9-9900K
rtx 2070
G.Skill 2133hz 8gb (F4-2133C15S-8GIS) x2
500GB SSD x2
1TB HDD
RM1000x

I suspect the issue is with my ram compatibility but I am not sure at this point.

You've omitted one of the most important bits of info with symptoms like yours --- make & model of PSU -- please post.
