Asus MB w/out graphics

I am building a new pc and would like to know what is the difference in performance or other differences when you choose a MB without integrated graphics. I am getting a core i7 6700. I think I will be looking for the z170. what is the differences, and do you know any ASUS brand motherboards without internal graphics?

The processor is responsible for the graphics in the z170 chipset. All i7 6700 have intergrated graphics.
