Hey guys, I don't know what to choose between these 2 monitors: Asus MG248Q or Ben-q XL2430T
I play most Battlefield and FPS in general, and Fifa.
I will buy a new graphic card when new Nvidia's and Amd's cards will be available.
I also like to watch movies a lot, so I want to know what monitor have the best colors.
I know that TN panel is not very good at colors, but I don't want a monitor to washed out.

Solution
Hi,

If I had to choose it would be the ASUS. However, I recommend you get this:

I have a very similar monitor and its amazing for the money. AOC hasn't got the best rep, but its still a great 1080p display.

144Hz Is very noticable !!! It run so smooth you wouldn't believe it..and when you first gaming at 144Hz you will never return to "laggy" 60hz 😉

Still the best buy is MG248Q or save small amount of money and go for VG248QE that also runs 144hz.
You're not forced to run at 144hz, you can run 60hz for that matter

I would recommend everybody to game on a 144hz monitor..
You can have powerfull graphic cards but if the monitor only runs 60hz its like driving a sportscar with a pulled handbrake ;-)

I have the MG248Q and have also had the VG248QE in the past. The VG248QE is cheaper but perform just as good. MG248Q has just a better design..

The monitor i am waiting for is the PG248Q because its gonna be a 180Hz ROG Swift monitor...but not cheap i'll guess 😉

I'm a Nvidia guy :) so i would buy GTX 1070..

No, MG248Q has no FreeSync and no G-Sync, it has Adaptive Sync wich works with both Nvidia and AMD.

Read here: https://www.asus.com/Monitors/MG248Q/

The one with AMD FreeSync is the 27" MG278Q

Edit:

I seems that i made a mistake. Adaptive Sync is FreeSync. But nevertheless i have MG248Q and have disabled AdaptiveSync on my monitor. It works perfect without AdaptiveSync with my Nvidia GTX 980ti.

I misunderstood or didnt do enough research before i got it. My mistake.

Like i said i am wawiting for the PG248Q monitor that will have G-Sync and if i knew what i know now, i would have bought the VG248QE instead of MG248Q and saved some money.

Personally i would buy the VG248QE and not MG248Q or BENQ XL2430T.
Best performance for the money..

But you are gaming with vsync on (and some input lag) or vsync off (and screen tearing ) ?
