The Problem:
While I am playing games or doing tasks such as watching YouTube, after a short period of time my monitor begins to do this weird artifacting. It is hard to explain the issue so here is a link to a video of the artifacting happening: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WyTWRGxFOp8

Link to my monitor: https://www.asus.com/us/Monitors/MG28UQ/

What I Have Tried:
-Used the computer with another monitor (didn't artifact, can confirm it isn't GPU problem)
-Tried another computer with the monitor (same exact issue)
-Swapping cables (I tried HDMI (2 cables), and I tried DisplayPort (2 cables as well))
-Tried another port on my GPU

Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated!

Damn, the return period expired January 31st. I really don't want to have to buy a brand new monitor. Do you have any recommendations as to what I should do?
