Asus Mobo - - 3 beeps when POSTing

Asus motherboard M4N68T-M V2/
M4N68T-M LE V2

The on board speaker on the motherboard keeps giving me 3 consecutive beeps and the monitor won't turn on but it shows that the power is on.What causes that?

As far as I know, your issue is with RAM's.
