Hello,
One of my PC fans has been acting crazy.
I have 2 case fans connected to the MoBo and 4 connected to the case power switch. The 2 that are connected to the MoBo are controlled with ASUS FanXpet+. Everything has been working fine until about 4-5 days ago. No changes to my system for at least 2 months when I installed the 2 case fans. They are older fans from my older PC, somewhat noisy but they blow a tornado into the system keeping it cool.
If you look at the picture, FanXpert shows the MoBo temp at around 29-30 C for CPU fan and chassis Fan #1 and 2, but chassis fan 1 shows the temp all the way up at the 100% fan speed range, which makes the fan go full speed.

Any idea how to fix this?

Forgot to add my specs:
Here is my system:
i7-3770 @ 3.4 GHz
RAM: 16 GB
MoBo: ASUS P8Z77-M Pro
GPU: EVGA GTX 970
PSU: Corsair CX750M
Case: Fractal Design ARC Mini R2

Thank you for your reply cin19,
However, the picture shows that Chassis fan 1 was set at 40% fan speed up to 50 C, going up to 80% at 60 C and further up to 100% at 70C.
The little orange circle on the graph, which indicates current CPU temp, shows 29 C! yet the fan speed is at 100%.
So, I'm still not sure what's going on.
