Asus MOBO Chassis Intruded

So recently I bought a new computer. Installed everything blah blah blah. When I boot the computer up it gives me an error saying chassis intruded....I have tried resetting the cmoss, have grounded everything, tried to disable it in the BIOS but couldn't find anything, i have un-installed everything and put it back together. I do not know why this is happening. If you can find this in the bios or show me some pictures or a video that would be great! Also i don't have anything plugged into the pins either.

Case- Enermax ECA3251
Power Supply- Corsair TX650M
Motherboard- Asus M5 A97 LE R2.0
Graphics Card- EVGA GTX760 Superclocked @ 1137 MHz
RAM- 8 GB Corsair xms3 DDR3
Hard Drive- WD Black 2TB 7200RPM
CPU- AMD FX 4170 4-core Black Edition @4.2 GHz AM3+

hmm normally the chassis intrusion is activated via jumper on the motherboard. the manual says that there is a jumper located to the right of the USB headers between the USB headers and the front panel headers.

this is a quote from the manual "By default, the pin labeled “Chassis Signal” and “Ground” are shorted with a jumper cap. Remove the jumper caps only when you intend to use the chassis intrusion detection feature."

try moving the jumper pin over one and see if that works.

im having the same problem.... the only twist to my problem is that i threw away the caps to the pins now i dont know what to do to fix this problem please somebody help me!!!
