ASUS mobo M5A97 LE / M5A97 R2.0 Is it reliable?

im just curious to find out if these mobos are reliable, and have good performance.
Im thinking of running a FX 6300 as the CPU and XFX radeon r7 260x as the gpu

Motherboards won't inherently affect performance, and Asus is generally a reliable brand.

The M5A97 LE is a poor board , no heatsinks on the VRM's.

M5A97 R2.0 is decent
