ASUS Monitor connected to Ps4 Console VGA No Signal Error

I have an Asus monitor which turns on, but after a 3-4 second delay the screen will appear showing "VGA No Signal". Right after the message shows up the screen turns pitch black, and the power light turns orange. I will post more details in a minute when I get back home. Thank you for any help you can assist me in.

How do you have the vga connected to it?
you may just need to change the port/source/input the monitor is looking for a signal on in te monitors settings.
