ASUS Monitor Good or Bad

Hi was wondering if this would be a good gaming monitor and good for years because I think 700$ is a steep amount of money to drop on a monitor... I want a monitor with a 1ms responds time 144hz something better thans 1080p like 1440p and 27" higher. If this is not a good monitor for its money what would you recommend thanks!
