Asus monitor not working, SAYS HDMI NO SIGNAL.

Hi hope someone can help me with this, I am trying to add the 4rd monitor to my computer. So far I have one connected with HDMI and the other with DVI. I was told by the guys who made me this computer that I needed a display port to HDMI cable, since I have 3 display ports at the back of the computer and no more HDMI ports.

So, I have connected the computer with the HDMI wire into the display port connector, and that one is connected to the pc. But I amn't getting anything on the screen. It just says no signal. I've tried cycling through the p[tions on the screen of DVI,HDMI but nothing works hope you guys can help.

Would really appreciate it !

what graphics card? different gaphics cards have different limits(like all must be identical monitors) on what combination and how many monitors you can use.

Oh never mind, I just switched ports at the back of the monitor and all is working now thanks anyway maxwell

Whenever the connection to my Asus monitor is disrupted and "HDMI no signal' sign appears, I fix it by going to Intel® Graphics Settings (you can access it by right-click the desktop) - Display - Multiple display- Detect. The monitor will be immediately connected to the laptop and working well. Highly recommend to try it!
