Well, I’m looking at monitors for my first PC build and I’ve decided that 1440p is out of my budget so I’m looking at 1080p monitors. I’ve decided to go with an Asus brand monitor but I don’t know which one to get. I will also take suggestions from other brands in the same price range if they’re better.

ASUS VS247HR: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=558_1087&products_id=25592

ASUS VE248H: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=558_1087&products_id=16558

ASUS VX239H: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=558_1087&products_id=28601

I am leaning towards the ASUS VX239H because it is an IPS panel but it has 5ms response time and I don’t know how good that would be for gaming. The other two monitors have 2ms response time and I don’t know if they’d be better for that reason.
I don’t care for 120 Hz or 144 Hz and I most likely won’t OC the monitor. As I stated above if there are better monitors for around the same price then please suggest them. But they must be from the same website (PC Case Gear).

Sorry for the long text. XD

Edit: Also, I'm wondering on these monitors if I can get rid of the angle so it can be on a flat angle instead of in that leaning position.

Solution
Well on a 60hz monitor the absolute fastest that it can render a frame is 16.6ms so I wouldn't worry about 2ms vs 5ms and therefore I'd say go for the IPS

And yes, they are all adjustable lol
