Question Asus mother bored problems

I built my pc and I’m getting a yellow like on my ASUS ROG STRIX B450F GAMNG ATX. Which mean that I am having a dram problem. I am using G.SKILL 16GB (2 x 8GB) Ripjaws V Series DDR4 PC4-25600 3200MHz Desktop Memory Model F4-3200C16D-16GV. I wanted to know if this was compatiable. On pc partpicker the was no problem stated. I am wondering if I have bad ram or I should try a different type.

Strip it down to just the CPU the graphics card and one stick of RAM and try to boot it and try the stick of RAM in each slot and see if you can get it to boot

So unplug cpu fan, hard drive and ssd
