Question Asus motherboard 1 long beep 2 short

Hello, I recently updated my motherboard, CPU, and ram in my computer but I keep getting the 1 long beep 2 short beep error and no display. I figured the first time was because my ram was not compatible with my motherboard so I ordered compatible ram in just a red color. It arrived today but still I get the same error. Am I doing something wrong?

Motherboard: Asus Crosshair VI Hero
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700x
Ram: Corsair vengeance ddr4 3200mhz 2x8GB

Your CPU does not have a GPU integrated do you have a GPU? also the beep sound is the BIOS. The GPU is needed to display the screen so that may be it.

I have a GTX 1080ti and when I have it hooked up I do not see a display. I'll try again

Well it stopped beeping after a bit but now it shows error code 0d on the Mobo. Can't seem to find out what that means

Check if you didn't accidently unplugged something.

The only thing I see is the 0d. Nothing on my display either. In going to restart it

Oh, 0D so... 0D means a bad cpu.

Maybe, Or CPU needs a BIOS update or is just not compatible

I did a bios flashback update for the motherboard before. I can do it again maybe it will help?

Maybe, But another solution is to go to a nearby tech support (the no scammer kind) in your city/village.

There is one bios update specifically for the Ryzen 7 2700x so I'm going to update and see if that helps. Fingers crossed

So update.

I uninstalled everything to reflash the bios. Just Mobo and power. Reflash seems to have gone perfect. Now when Installed the CPU and fan, I got error code 3f for a bit, I let it beep and the the Of error came up. Well guess I do need a new CPU

Another solution is to try with only 1 Ram stick see if that works.
