Asus motherboard GIGABYTE 78LMT anti-surge and fluctuating voltage

so guys i just assembled a new rig and i am using
Asus motherboard GIGABYTE 78LMT
corsair 650w smps
APC Back-UPS RS 600

i think my ups is not sufficient for my rig
and i have frequent voltage fluctuations in my house
and as soon as that happens ,due to failure of my weak ups ,my computer shuts down and then the screen which pops up says that "power supply surges detected during the previous power on. Asus anti-surge was triggered to protect system from unstable power supply".
now i just want to know that is it safe to keep using my computer because after like 6 months ,i will buy a new ups
and will it damage any of my components?
and is my psu at any fault for this?

The mobo (as described is a Gigabyte mobo). Sounds like you need a new UPS ASAP. Might check the power in your house and set the computer up on whatever circuit is the least used

Not all the outlets on my APC Back-UPS ES 650 are backed up: it's not obvious on the unit which ones are and aren't. Are you plugged into a backed-up outlet?
