Asus motherboard not booting to bios

I've had my Asus m5a97 LE r2.0 for about a year now it was running fine with no issues, and now it will not boot to bios, since I have a extra test pc I moved my PSU GPU and hard rive over and it booted perfectly, then I move everything back to my normal pc and it will not boot to bios I'm assuming I need to replace the mother board, but I do have a question could I get warranty on this motherboard (bought from newegg) if not I could buy another considering how cheap they are around Christmas time

It's a blessing in disguise , the motherboard has no heatsinks on the VRM's and has a high failure rate.

Yea I looked at the reviews, could you recommend a motherboard that's am3+ at around the same price?

They were all great prices a few weeks ago , now they raised them up again.
