For a few months now a portion of my screen has been dimly lit when the monitor turns on, you can still see everything going on under there, but everything is much darker than it should be. Unplugging and plugging the monitor back in several times used to fix the issue, but now I have to restart my PC several times in order to fix it. Doesn't seem to be related to the computer because it does it whether or not it's connected to the PC.
