Asus N550jv Black Screen no Bios

I have a very new Asus N550jv with Nvidia 750 and after windows 8.1 install (a few days ago) comp wont boot not even a bios screen completely black. The comp seems to turn on, has keyboard back light comes on and when I press Cap lock it the cap lock light comes on and the fans come on as well. I checked the screen connection seems to be very secure. What the heck is the problem! Right before it happened screen was showing weird static effect like old TV so I restarted it and it was the same so I decided to shut all the way down, and after that it screen was only black when I powered it on.

Solved! Didn't have a external monitor to test on right away so trouble shooted some other things first. 1. Test Ram, 2. Reset Bios 3. Try and boot from external HD 4. Test Battery 5. If non of those things work you likely need to reflow or reball the GPU. However, I finally got a hold of an external monitor and the screen showed up fine on the external....therefore it had to be a connection problem. All the ribbons connecting screen to MOBO were fine but I found on inspection of power connection with screen that one small connector prong was bent. I used a sowing needle to bend it back to its original shape. Screen now works fine.
