Asus N66U Issue Possible Local DNS

I have a N66U setup with a /26 Class A network. i have 27 static IP addresses and 10 DHCP addresses. Everything works fine for a while then out of the blue i have connection issues with my wired and wireless devices. In my device list before the issues occur, i can see all the connected devices, host name of each device, mac address, and ip address. then when i have the connection issues the host name of the device having the issue changes to the mac address. at this moment i can ping the device fine, just cant connect to it at all. when i reboot the router everything is fine again for a while. then after a matter of time one of my connected devices will change again in the client list on the router. Is this a know issue this the N66U? Im on version number3.0.0.4.376_3861.
