ASUS New GPU Spins for 2 Seconds and Stops?

I have a new GPU, the fans spin on it then stop also I get no display. I have another 1050ti that has no display but the fans spin fine...

How old is your PSU? Are the GPU's working off a donor system that is exact in specs to yours?

I have a Corsair 450w Bronze Certified, its brand new, yes I have all them components. The thing is my Motherboard HDMI works fine
