No gaming but for Adobe Suites/AutoDesk Suites/Corel Suites/1080p Movies and with Core i3-3220 which is better?

H61, B75 or H77?

My choices are:

ASUS H61 M PLUS
ASUS P8B75-V
ASUS P8H77-V LE


I need the best non gaming performance.

Think I'd go with ASUS P8H77-V LE, newer chipset, and better performance, of if budget plays in the B75 chipset
