Asus Nvidia GeForce GTX 650 DirectCU power cable

Hi,
Does this graphics card come with a power cable? I opened the box and while there's space in the foam for one, it is not in te box, and the card won't work (red light stays on). Amazon are telling me it doesn't come with it and won't take back the card. Thanks.

That's what I've said to Amazon - it doesn't say on the page and it is strange there isn't one in the box. They are saying that none of the these types come with cables - it wasn't just a faulty product I got. But I checked youtube videos of people unpacking their gtx650 and it comes with a power cable, so the battle continues!!
