Will it be compatible and perfect graphic card for my rig?

My rig:
I5 4670 @3.40 Ghz
Gigabyte H81M-S1 motherboard
6 Gb Ram
My psu(http://imgur.com/ZOhTjK7)
My current resolution is 1366 x 768,60Hz.

Should i buy it or not?

at that res it will be perfect. However if you can get the gtx 750 ti with 2GB of vram, it will last you much longer.

Got a strict budget of 9,500 and i will be getting that item for 9200. 750 ti 2 gb goes out of the budget.i know its better.
So yes to buying that gtx 750?

have you looked at the r7 265 or r9 270? hd 7850 or hd 7870

these guys are faster than the gtx 750 ti but will cost u less.
