ASUS Optimal Mode causing Infinite reboot

Whenever I place my BIOS into ASUS Optimal mode and exit, the computer will not stop rebooting at startup. LED's and fan comeon but then it just reboots and never stops. The only fix is to clear the CMOS via jumper pins.

ASUS Sabertooth z77
Intel i7-3770k 3.5ghz
32gb sniper RAM

ok, but forgive me for knowing nothing about BIOS values. what does VCCSA change? Do i need to set to Optimal mode first and then change that number?

SImply go into the BIOS and change the VCCSA and then try optimal if you wish
