Asus Or Acer? (Laptop)

I'm going to be upgrading from an old Toshiba laptop, and I'm annoyed of how loud it is when its underload, So I was wondering If any of you could help me, by telling me which laptop would be better?

the gpu on the acer have 4 gig of memory and the asus one 2 gig there are same model and acer have more ram also the acer use ddr4 ram in the system .

I definitely recommend asus. The asus laptop is more up to date, has better specs, and asus is just a better company for laptops in general.
