Asus or Asrock?

i have a question about
Asus h85m-g and an Asrock h85mhds

they're about the same price, the asrock has only 2 ddr3 slot and the asus have 4.

should i get the asus for 4 ddr3 slots? o should i get the asrock for better budgeting?
price difference is about $10.

and the last thing is, can both of the mobos listed support OC?

im planning to OC my G3258 to 4.0ghz.

The asus is a better board (slightly).

BUT WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT OVERCLOCK ON ANY H85 BOARD. For overclocking the G3258 you need to have a Z97 (or Z87 with BIOS update) motherboard. Here is a tier list showing which are the best: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2383187/motherboard-tier-list-z97-chipset.html

The G3258 can be overclocked on quite a few lesser boards, even some H81 boards. It was specifically targeted at overclockers; even the stock HSF has a copper slug, rather than being all-aluminum like the rest of the Pentium and i3 HSFs.

H85 is a cheaper low end board that while it can technically overclock it is not designed for it and thus the circuitry in it is not of the same caliber that the Z97 is.

They tend to not have the VRM's to support high overclocks (Not enough VRM's, not enough or any VRM heatsink cooling), which will cause your board to die rather quickly if pushed to hard.

There are decent H85 boards that do have that capability.

A board that can handle a stock 84W i5 will have no VRM issues overclocking a 53W Pentium.
