ASUS or GIGABYTE ?

Need a new GPU Been looking at these two cards what i need help with is what card will give me the BEST performance and the BEST FPS. i play mostly First person shooter games like Battlefield 3 FarCry 3 ETC. if not these cards what card should i get Budget £450 GBP.

PS. Will the Gigabyte GTX 680 4GB GV-N680OC-4GD work with my Motherboard Asus Maximus v Gene ???

Don't get either of those - the 680 is only 5% faster than a 670, but it's 25-30% more expensive.

An EVGA GTX 670 FTW Signature 2 or Asus GTX 670 Direct CUII are the way to go.
