Asus or Gigabyte?

So I was going to buy my PC but then i figured to do some more research into my motherboard and found some better options for around the same price range ($150 and lower). I ran into these options. My question is which motherboard is better for gaming? Getting a I5 4690K CPU and a MSI GTX 970.

1)ASUS Z97-A LGA 1150 Intel Z97 (Originally going to buy this one)

2)ASUS Z87-PRO LGA 1150 Intel Z87

3)ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO LGA 1150 Intel Z87

4)GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-UD3H-BK LGA 1150 Intel Z97

In order to future proof, go with Z97 chipset. Really it boils down to what bells and whistles you want and the number of PCI-E accessory slots and the number of DIMM slots you want for RAM and their capabilities. Asus has a really good reputation for good overclocking due to really nice voltage regulators. Gigabyte is a really nice company and offer good mobos too.
