Question ASUS or MSI X299 Motherboard. Which is better?

Got a fair idea of specs but which x299 motherboard would be best guys?

Not just looking for a straight spec comparison but issues like reliability, if the pci slots are two close, various issues, easy of bios etc.

I wouldn't invest in an optical drive in this day and age. I'd also look into 80Plus Platinum or Titanium certified PSU's since content creators often tend to have their machines running overnight(or all day). I'd also look at DDR4-3200MHz ram kits. I'll vote for the MSI off the two, shortlisted.
 
Thanks the optical drive is for older DVDs and CDs plus only a few quid anyway... its the Mother board issue thats the biggie. How are platiumum or titaniaum psus different?.

So 3200 is the best speed for ram for an I9,9900 x processor withtou risk of damage or stability then?
