ASUS P4B533 Questions

I'm swaying towards this MB but is the on board sound any good? I currently have a SB Live PCI card. I really don't like integrated components but it seems like this is how some are going now. The Asus says optional audio. Optional in that you can turn it off in the bios or it doesn't come integrated?

all the onboard stuff can be disabled in the BIOS.
