i need driver for ASUS P4C800-E Deluxe a sound driver for windows 7

Hello quazer

Asus did not create drivers for Win Vista or Win7 to support the P4C800-E Deluxe
Asus Service and Support: P4C800-E Deluxe.

So you're pretty much left to try and locate a sound driver from which ever company made the sound chip in that motherboard.
Use Device Manager to ID the sound device and track back to the company that made it. They might have a compatible Vista or Win7 driver.

Look like the sound chip in that board is: ADI AD1985 SoundMAX

Good luck tracking it down.

I had a P4C800-D and used windows update, it will provide a Soundmax driver for Win7 32-bit.

PM me your email addy, I'm sure I still have drivers for this board on FDD that I can forward.
