Download your board's manual here. Go to page 2-2, and find the BIOS chip and socket in the lower right quadrant of the board. Disconnect all power, including the battery (just below and to the left of the BIOS chip). Install by aligning the corners of the BIOS chip with the socket, with the print facing you (the lower left hand corner is not a square corner). It's the only way the chip will fit in the socket.
