asus p5b and antec 900 fans

I just got an antec 900 case, corsair 620 power supply, and an asus p5b motherboard.

The p5b board has 4 pin connectors for fan control (CHA_1)
I know the antec case fans come with little switches to control fan speed.

Should I try to connect the fans to the board via the corsair fan/floppy 4 pin connectors (if I can even do that?)or just leave them alone. And let the antec switches control the fan speeds.

You'd need a molex-to-4 pin adapter to hook them up to the motherboard. They're kinda rare. I tried to find one myself, couldn't...

Just hook them up to the molex adapters and use the switches.
