I need a motherboard that has 3 PCI 32-bit and 3 PCI-e x 1. No need for SLI or Crossfire. I also need RAID.

I've found these two Asus boards, but the P5LD2 can only run 667MHz Ram while the P5B-E can do 800MHz.

The Asus P5B-E + 2x1Gb Kingston HyperX 800MHz CL5 costs 21% more than Asus P5LD2 + 2x1Gb Kingston Value DDR2-667 CL5

Will there be 21% better Ram performance?

I won't OC to more than 333MHz FSB (so I can run the 667MHz ram in ratio 1:1 or 800MHz ratio 6:5)

For the sake of better overclockability and a more modern chipset, pick the P5B-E.
Both boards will support w/e memory speed as long as they can overclock to it, but if you wanna save a few bucks while still have 400Mhz on the memory, pick 667CL4 that will OC to such speeds. Even tough the increase in real world performance would be so minium unless youre running 1:1 at 400Mhz than I dont think its worth it to run it at 6:5.
